Our holiday loft no. 1 is the jewel among our holiday apartments. Located on the 3rd level it extends over two levels and offers our guests a breathtaking sea view that is unique on Borkum island.
This seaview loft generously offers space for the whole family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A flight of stairs takes you to the modern kitchen and living area. From there you can access the exclusive roof terrace with another full view on the North Sea in your own beach chair, where you can end the day with a glass of wine and a wonderful sunset.
Due to our exposed prime location first row on the upper beach promenade, you can easily and quickly reach the main bathing beach and many sights of Borkum island, such as the new lighthouse or the town centre with shops and cafes.
While staying in this beautiful loft you are free to optionally take advantage of all convenient services the house offers: our comprehending delicate breakfast buffet at reduced rates or the free use of the sauna area.
